I am an IT Support and Systems Operations professional with three years of experience at the Ministry of Finance of Timor-Leste, working in the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) department. I provided frontline support for critical government systems used by multiple departments, ensuring users could work efficiently and systems remained stable and secure.
